Having 'None' set for nudity covers up breasts and crotch for the female character, and covers the crotch for the male character. However, if you do wish to play with the Nudity DLC, you can change the nudity settings under the 'Body Features' segment of the character creation, under 'Physique'. Note: If you have the free Full Nudity DLC, do NOT broadcast on Mixer with nudity on, or make Xbox Game Clips with this on, as this can lead to your Mixer Account being suspended, and your Microsoft Account being suspended, or permanently banned.
You can choose anything you want, as your choices do not affect any achievements. You can adjust your race, religion, voice, head, face, and body features. When it loads, you'll be able to make your character, starting with Male or Female. The loading screen will take half a minute or so. Selected 'Civilized' which is Easy mode, and press to play.
You will now be given an option for difficulty.
